Since 2015, the Paris Agreement has been setting the conditions for a new economy to emerge. The Paris Effect draws on research and analysis from hundreds of sources to highlight economic, social and political trends over the past five years. It shows how corporates, finance, government and the public are creating the potential for a low-carbon economy to scale rapidly in the 2020s.
